There is currently an epidemic of Vitamin D3 deficiency for much of the global population, for a multitude of reasons. I am so pleased that I was able to find a quality Vegan alternative of this vitamin—essential for so many bodily functions, such as healthy bones and a strong immune system. Even at my “senior” age, I noticed a vast difference after three days of taking this supplement. I can get up in the morning, and nothing aches anymore! I have practiced personal holistic health for 45 years, and have not been accustomed to feeling unhealthy, so I knew something was wrong. Excellent vitamins

This product is easy to take, yet as times it results in my having an upset stomach, which could be attributable to my not using lichen as a source of Vitamin D before.I'm pleased it's vegan, as I haven't consumed animals in over 48 years.

Exactly what my body needed! Easy to swallow, no taste, very clean product, and a really good value for your money!

The capsule is just slightly larger than other brands. But, the savings in price over the brand I had been using for several years was nice change.

On my opinion this works great and it is an excellent choise for vegans too
