I do like these organisers. However, the pictures and description on the box shows that it should come with 32 pegs, but inside the box, just 16 pegs are included. In addition, the paper-sheet instructions and list of contents (inside the box), show just 16 pegs are included.16 pegs is nowhere near enough really (depending what items you want to store). Lots of other reviews are mentioning the lack of pegs too -Presumably, there has been a huge manufacturer issue (is it the box (which says 32 pegs), or is it the contents, and included instructions, that are correct (which says 16 pegs)?As I say, I do like them, so I emailed Umbra direct, asking how many pegs should actually be included (16 or 32), and are they able to send me out - or sell me - additional pegs. I specifically suggested that it seems there may have been a manufacturing faultI have many Umbra items, but Umbra's reply to my email was so very poor, I'm unsure I will buy any of their products again.Umbra, in their reply, did not tell me how many pegs should be included. They also did not tell me if I could buy more. Nor did they offer to send any pegs out. They didn't comment at all on if there could be a manufacturing faultAll that Umbra advised me to do was to contact Amazon............but Umbra will know that Amazon (who always have excellent customer service) will only be able to replace (with another 4 boxes that I had purchased, but they will probably include just the 16 pegs!), or return them for refund.On the lack of pegs, and the Extremely Poor and Inadequate Customer Service from Umbra, I'm afraid I cannot recommend this product, which is such a shame.

This is a useful device for keeping plates, dishes etc safe inside drawers. However, I would like Amazon to send me the missing part but they only offer a refund

Organised my glass storage draw. Wish it came in more sizes though. This does the job for now but will make a custom peg board as you can’t put pegs in the areas between these. Only option is to use draw dividers to stop things clanging into each other. And for the cost of these and draw dividers might aswel make a peg board.

Perfect for what I wanted though a bit expensive at fully price. However I paid half price from Amazon warehouse and bought 2 so very happy.Pegs easy to remove if you want to change position yet sturdy enough to support plates etc

No instructions insufficient pegs poor value for money - need to add more pegs 😢

This has really sorted out my tableware drawer. Everything easy to see and items don’t rattle around. I used two sets to fit this drawer.The upright posts can be a little tricky to put into the slots but patience will get you there. I’m delighted with it.

What a well made product. Came really well packaged. The length fits the depth of a modern deep drawer.I've used it primarily to sort pot lids, the bain of my life. Now they are individually accessible. Freed up so much space.Going to use the other one to help organise container lids of varying sizes.Great price here on Amazon.
