Don’t waste your money and time. Animals are not recognized by tablets. Customer service then returned after 2 days saying the tablet was bad. We ordered 3 diff NEW tablets according to the specs they claimed to work and still didnt work. Product has a design defect. Will return it soon. Very frustrating.

It came very quickly, the kit is also amazing. The hands on interactive program provides your child to learn motor skills, social skills, creative thinking and problem solving. I also love how it breaks down words for pronunciation, my 16 month old even loves it and actually sat for 20 minutes trying to repeat the names back of the animals. Plugo Animals also has over 100+ skills for learning categories based on the child’s age and grade level, which is wonderful because you can also track the progress of their learning as well. I highly recommend purchasing this kit, it’s well worth the money and it’s beneficial for your child(ren).

This game has some really great thoughts and concepts behind it. The animal figurines are cute, there seems to be plenty of games and activities to choose from within the app. Game base is a nice size and weight to it. The packaging was beautiful. The biggest drawback seems to be a software/app issue. We planned this as a family weekend activity with our two boys, 4 and 2. The first time we played there was some issues with the initial setup/tutorial, but we were able to successfully play a couple games. The deer didn’t seem to pair well during setup, I had to do it several times to get it to work, tried to send a note to customer service which didn’t go through. While playing I also noticed that the Fox kept coming up as Tiger, which threw off play a little bit but the boys had fun “teaching” their tablet the correct animal.When we attempted to play again I was a little frustrated with spending quite a bit of time trying to get it to pair with the tablet again. I was able to get a note through to customer support this time. So I switched over to using an IPhone and while it did pair much quicker (still a lag with recognizing animals) the app kept crashing during play. Overall we did really like the product that we received, the app and connectivity definitely needs some work but with that issue addressed I’d be happy with it. My boys have just been playing with the figures and really enjoy that. One star for the app issues and one star for the hassle and drama created while trying to set it up and play, because they did get frustrated with the game issues.
