I was genuinely surprised by how nice this keyboard is. Good key caps, quality switches, robust base plate... and this thing is heavy. It's the kind of weight you associate with high quality. It can be plugged into the computer via USB or Bluetooth and was very easy to set up. Does it have RGB? No, but I prefer the subtle white back-lighting. The battery life is also impressive. I've only had to charge it once on the few months I've had it, and i use it every day. I would recommend this keyboard to anyone, not just someone on a budget.

Love that I can use it with my iMac natively and switch to Windows for gaming. Battery life is great. The entire unit feels solid. No regrets getting this at all.

I researched many keyboards and was able to try several, thanks to Amazon's returns policy. This mechanical wireless (or wired) keyboard blows away everything else. It's compact, with full size keys that have a wonderful click sound and feel when typing. Easy setup, Bluetooth that is reliable, good instructions, and overall a wonderful experience. Highly recommend. You'll never go back to boring old keyboards!

I test drove over 10 keyboards. I was very tempted to keep this keyboard, but in the end, went with the V1 instead. The main reason is, I did NOT like the bezel around the K8 series. It was too big and too thick. I felt like the keyboard was inside a box, and that my fingers had to reach over its lip in order to type. The reason I was interested in the K8 was the isolated arrow keys, but really didn't like the design. It felt like a normal, full sized keyboard with the number pad chopped off. The V1 felt more "designed" and compact, yet had all I needed. I also prefer the V series keycaps. Lastly, I am not a fan of blue switches. Browns feel old school and perfect to me.
