Not at all durable
This product only lasted for one day. I was using it to lift lettermail which weighs very little, typically less than an ounce. They also did not send me what was shown. Mine does not have the led light.

Sure saves climbing up a ladder so stool
It so far has been wonderful. Don't push your luck with heavy things. It's not made for that but I have really enjoyed using it and I feel much safer not having to climb.

Very practical
What can ya say - I'm old and this thing sure comes in handy on so many levels. Works as expected and saves the back, plus I'm lazy. 32 inches a little short - could be a tad longer. Bought one for my 4 year old grand-daughter in pink and she loves it - picks up her toys with it. Useful tool.
