This product is sturdy and easy to assemble. It’s a perfect size for my father’s bed. Now he doesn’t need help getting up from his bed anymore. It also has a pocket on the side for his remote control. Well designed.

This is an excellent product! When I saw this at our local rehab hospital, I knew this was what I wanted for my mother. It is constructed of very sturdy materials and is compact and attractive. It has bars in between the outside bars providing a sturdy handle for a patient to use to turn over or sit up. It doubles as a bed guard. Two can be used if you need the bed guard the length of the patient. However, if you need it out of the way to make it easier for the patient to get up, the top of it can easily be lifted out of the lower bar to move it out of the way; however, it doesn’t come loose when using it. My mother does not hit it or scrape her legs on it getting up. We tried other options out there, and they weren’t close to the quality of this bar. I highly recommend it.

Returning home from a rehabilitation hospital, it wasn't practical or possible to have a hospital bed. However, the installation of this bed rail helped more than I had expected. The efficiency - and, indeed, the ability to get into and out of bed (as well as positioning once in it) - of this bed rail led me to purchase a second unit. It is easily installed and moved when no one is in the bed, and yet is very difficult to move once your weight is upon it. I gladly recommend this bed rail to those needed help with mobility, as well as to prevent accidental falls out of bed.

I am able to adjust in bed much easier with this grab bar. It stays in place for me.

I ordered this for my Mom. She’s 79 and I was worried this wouldn’t be strong enough for her. It works wonderfully! She’s able to get in and out of bed without issues now! Thank you for a great product and an amazing low price!

My dad is 91 and lives alone. He recently fell out of bed - he wasn't hurt, but shaken up. I needed a solution.Remembering that hospital beds I'd seen in the past had side rails to keep a patient from falling out, I wondered if there was some sort of after-market rail system that I could install to keep him safer.The Medokare product did the trick. It was easy to assemble and install, and now serves the purpose perfectly. I looped the nylon tie-down straps (under the top mattress) around each opposing side, thus further stabilizing the rails. Be sure to cinch-down the rails as tightly as you can (using these nylon straps), to make the rails more stable and less wobbly. There are no sharp edges.Dad hasn't had a repeat incident since i bought these (more than a year since installation). This product is just what we needed.

My Mother is almost 80. She has several medical issues including severe osteoporosis and arthritis. I needed a safe way for her to get in and out of bed. This rail comes with straps that wrap around the width of the box springs and you cinch it tight. Once the mattress is set on top and the bed is made, the rail is very sturdy.

Der Aufbau und die Montage unter der Matratze mit Befestigung/Sicherung am Lattenrost hat Problemlos geklappt.Mein Vater nutz es als Stützhilfe beim Aufstehen und es hat ihn schon mind. 2 mal davor bewahrt, erneut aus dem Bett zu fallen.Ich kann das Produkt mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Ist leicht anzubringen und hält was es verspricht.Da ich vor einiger Zeit aus dem Bett gefallen bin und mir schmerzhafte Blessuren beibrachte, verhindert es weitere Stürze.Ich bin begeistert.Nur leider ist immer nur eine Englische Beschreibung dabei.

Ordered this for my husband after an operation to support him in and out of bed. It’s been a godsend. It arrived super quick delivery. Smaller than we expected but better than we expected because it gives comfort and support without blocking you in the bed. Firm and strong enough to aid pulling an adult male to a sitting position and perfectly sized to enable an adult to swing legs out of their bed. Fits firmly and securely under the mattress, straps for added security but we haven’t used these. A small pocket for any essentials, example - paracetamols or tissues. Excellent item and not just for the elderly!!
