I had such high hopes for this book after recommendations but my experience of it was that it's mis-mash of ideas, concepts and practises taken from many different sources mixing different traditions and cultural practises together with a good dollop of cultural appropriation, self-help cliches, and new-age co-apdation that it is hard to read without being disappointed. As a biography of someone searching for meaning and connection in the world it would have been more interesting.

If you are interested as to beginning the path of seeing and experiencing the world in a broader and more intense way , then this book may help you. Insights and experiences that are one man's realisations , often given to him when not really wanted . ..

Interesting to read, arrived on time and good conditions.
