Dissapointing purchase
came damaged as packaging was not great , damage was on the piping near the zip, cant see this bag lasting zip is stiff, great customer service , got a small ammount of compensation as shipping another would cost more for them.

You get what you pay for. Very thin material
Not used at moment. A bit small. Would be OK for evening use.

This bag has poor quality.. complete waste of money.. I put it straight in the bin .. this bag should not be allowed to be sold

A classic 'you get what you pay for'
I had this bag for just under 2 weeks before the strap broke off completely, and this was just with everyday use, nothing heavy or bulky in it. I did however contact the seller who sent out a replacement, but again the quality is very poor and will break in no time ( I literally just use it to carry my phone and purse as I wouldn't trust any more weight than that) it's okay for an accessory if you're just using it occasionally, but I wouldn't recommend for an every day use bag.

Well made apart from strap
Everything I said below still stands but after only using the bag three times the strap broke & I will need to sew it if I want to use it again I suppose you get what you pay for. compact little bag in a nice gray colour, feel that it would benefit from an inside pocket & strap could be longer to go over body. Even without the improvements it's a cute bag.

Great value for low money. Been mistaken for more expensive bag because it looks good.
This bag is fab. Looks more expensive than it is. Lasting well. Amazing quality. Very low price. Its a fab buy!
