Isabel's Gluten Free Pizza Base Mix 300g - Pack of 6

Fantastic product. Especially when, like my wife, you’re allergic to both wheat and rice (gf flour is usually rice based). Having said that, I am very happy to have these myself (I am not allergic to anything) because they taste better than any shop prepared pizza, just a little more effort to put together yourself. When cooked perfectly they taste like an authentic doughy Italian pizza from a pizza oven. Yum. Have been buying these for years and will continue to do so

Quite difficult to mix and roll out but end taste is worth it.

Having bought this product regularly for some time and loved it I was very disappointed to find When I ordered this product it arrived in new packaging (dark green box) and the ingredients are different - now contains no milk powder- you have to add your own milk (cows or soya) which I don’t use, I have made it with just water and almond milk and neither were as good as the original. I have emailed the manufacturer to tell them what I thought and to ask their advice on adding my own powdered milk but no response from them. So if I have to add my own powdered milk it will be cheaper to just buy the Cassava flour as well and make my own from scratch. Such a shame when a good product is ruined in this way

Tasty pizza. Really stretchy and great for kids. In fact they prefer this one to the wheat flour pizza bases.

Really easy to make, tastes delicious. Made in no time - only made one base, each box contains two packs that the manufacturer states makes 4 pizzas total but I found one sachet made one pizza which was still good value as can’t get a decent pizza base that’s gluten free, anywhere! This is a lot better base than our local pizza takeaway and a lot cheaper!It’s lovely and chewy but has a great crispy edge - really enjoyed it and it’s so good to find a base that isn’t like a biscuit - closest I’ve had to a ‘proper’ pizza since my diagnosis
