Sent it back, poorly made and bits missing

Presented in box suitable as gift, bought for gift so pleased. I have looked inside and everything packed nicely, instruction booklet looks easy enough to follow with images and step by step images too. Bought for teen into crafts and I am sure they will love it. I also bought craft tweezers to go with it, glad I did as everything looks tiny! No glue so you will need to get this too. Very pleased, it will take several hours at least to complete. Also included is clear cover for front to prevent Dust. Looks good, pleased!

I know this was relatively cheap, but I really wasn't expecting this kit to be this poorly made to be honest. The first thing I noticed was the chair, as you can see in the photograph, completely out of shape. The boiling water trick didn't work. I contacted the company and they were great at sending out a replacement (not received it yet so can't comment on that), hense 3 stars, but as I started the kit I noticed other things wrong. Parts needed sanding or repainting, and templates weren't an accurate size. I know it's a cheaper kit but you at least expect to be able to put it together without all that extra work, because that takes the fun out of it all and it then becomes a chore, instead of being a calming fun thing to do. Disappointed.UPDATE: the new chair I was sent as a replacement was also bent out of shape, but not quite as badly as the first one. It's such a shame because it's a nice looking kit. I'll try the hot water thing again but not holding out much hope... Good customer service, not so good quality.

When I came to open this to start making it, I found bits had not been included, one whole bag of bits which is very poor.

This looks amazing - looking forward to putting it together - it's for Christmas so have a few months to do it. Would definitely buy a different one.

de stoel heeft kromme poten en zijn niet recht te krijgen. Slechte fabricage wat niet over het hoofd kan worden gezien. Weggooid geld !!

Sehr schönes Bastelset, teilweise aber auch sehr knifflig. Die Rosenblüten habe ich nicht nach der Vorlage hinbekommen, musste mir anders behelfen.Alles war vorhanden, kein Teil hat gefehlt. Eine Anleitung auf Deutsch wäre hilfreich gewesen. Eventuell wäre ein Verschluss des Rahmens schön. Jetzt steht er etwas offen. Die Batterie könnte auch schöner versteckt werden. Befestigt man sie auf der Seite wird das Bild auf einer Seite zu schwer.

La vetrina è piccola come credevo, peccato che non sta chiusa una volta appesa; così ho dovuto mettere un gancetto per chiuderla, non fornito dal venditore. Per il resto è ok, come mi aspettavo.

Die volle Punktzahl konnte ich nicht geben, da der Rahmen falsch gesägt wurde. Der Ausschnitt sollte oben sein, war aber an der Seite. Die Plastikscheibe war trotz Schutzfolie von beiden Seiten total verkratzt und der Stuhl völlig schief, da die Verpackung ziemlich schlampig war.
