I bought this product 4 months ago so no return possible. We have used a few times max. The tiny head of the receiver charger came apart. This company does not sell replacement parts so I’ll have to go out and look for a compatible charging cable. We also used the set with one of my husband’s amplifiers, if you’re going to use the mics this way the amplifier needs to be facing away and about 15ft min. away from the mics, otherwise terrible feedback. My son and I tried using the mics standing next to each other, same thing, feedback, we had to keep walking away from each other. Nice duet we made doing that. Will never buy from this company again.Review updated 6/29/2023Seller replaced complete product once they became aware of the problems we were having. We just received our new product. My husband was a professional musician, he owns many instruments and amplifiers, he tested everything as soon as we received it, that was yesterday. He was very satisfied and so was I. Even though I know the receiver has to be charged, it's easy to forget to do so. If you don't forget to charge everything and turn everything on and off as needed, these work great. I did have 1 problem where I thought the receiver had been charged, but it wasn't. It wasn't obvious to me that the receiver had a very low battery, and thus was turning off almost immediately after being turned on. The sound is good considering the price.

I am a nightlife performer, and I needed some microphones I can take to shows in case they have wired microphones since I dance. I was skeptical buying these, but I have not been let down and people have even asked me what microphones I use because they are better then some of the venues.

These are great mikes. Clean , crisp, for vocals they are a great addition to your music kittt !

Well made!!! Easy to set up!! REALLY loud broadcast! Not cheaply made. Will buy again if needed! I bought the extended warranty, just in case. Doesn’t look like I will need that. But …. Just in case! ;)

Everything worked just like expected. I turned on the receiver and plugged it in to the SONY SRS700 Speaker, turned on my mics, and in seconds, POOF! it started working. Adjusted my sound. Got it going, and then I went to look to see how to mute it. I can raise the volume. I can change the reception channel. I can turn it on and off. The only thing I can't do is mute it. So you have to turn it off and on if you want to disable the microphone when you're not using it. It's a pain because with a mute button, your time from mute to talk is less than a second. Powering down and up you're looking at 3-5 seconds. It's not long, but not optimal.

Just got these, they work and sound great. The only issue is that the volume is not equal for both mics. One is hotter than the other, and there is no way to adjust the output volume and the output is to a single channel, so you can't compensate with a mixer board. We just have one person talk or sing louder than the other.

best mics rechargeable and sounds great would highly recommend and had a small issue with just the mics grill head cover and i wrote to the company and they answered very quick and resolved my issue thank you

The original set ordered had an issue with sound dropping out every 20 seconds regardless of distance from the receiver, I was immediately contacted by customer service & Michael was more understanding & replaced the set with one that I've had no issues with what so ever. I will definitely test the setup at home for a little while before depending on them in the wild. I know the receiver is just a receiver, but it would have been helpful if the receiver could recognize the microphones being powered off and go into a standby mode to preserve it's battery.

I bought this for my wife and I last Christmas and it's working well. I did have to buy a cable to replace the 1/4" to mini plug adapter. Mostly because the adapter was damaged due to an odd placement of the plug on our speaker. We use a JBL Boombox with this and it's great for portable Karaoke. We plug the Karaoke receiver into the mini plug and USB plug on the back of the speaker and then Pair our phone to the receiver.Just a note that there "IS" bluetooth lag with this device. So the audio coming from the phone lags a half second behind the screen. So you have to sing with the audio and not the sliding text on the screen. We use the Karafun App.You can go all out on this with a separate amp and speakers if you want, but we've found that a guitar amp and a good surround sound bar works really well with these. You use a laptop to push the KaraFun PC app the TV screen and then set your volume on the Guitar Amp to blend with your sound bar and it's an inexpensive solution. We use a 50 amp Boss amplifier turned down to 25 amps with a Bose Soundtouch sound bar/TV set up. A friend of ours has a Philips Sound Bar and Sub and his works great as well.As for durability we've seen that over time when the batteries get low the microphone will pop and shut off. Replacing the batteries almost always fixes this. The set up and cost of these are so reasonable however I don't see a problem if we had to replace them periodically. Guitar Center has a similarly priced set up that they'll tell you is CHEAP and it doesn't have the bluetooth feature. For a set of cheap microphones this is it, but don't expect professional performance from them.These are a good value for the price.

I purchased this product a week ago and tried testing these microphones and I was so surprised how good the quality sounds. I love how my voice sounds crystal clear. I am very satisfied with the product.

Nice product, I like it but now when you suddenly move the mic, there is buzz sound kinda like static which was not there before. I hope the seller may be able to help me with it.

Easy to set-up. Make sure you charge before you use for first time. Worked first time I set up both microphones. Had both mics working simultaneously without a hitch. Speakers must have lips close to mic for clear voice.

this unit works well when there is no obstruction between the receiver & the wireless hand held mic , has to have clear line of sight , otherwise there's crackling , dropouts even in close range , does not work well in far distance even though they claim it's good up to 240 ft
