Have been taking for several weeks. Nothing to report.

I have started to take resrevatrol after watching Limitless documentary; there are so many options out there and they have different versions of it with different strength.I like this brand has a potent version of it BUT give me a break…. The box is so small and the scoop is huge so they want you to take one full scoop a day and this powder is only for 16 days!!! So you have to spend twice the price per month!!! First of all they should offer this in capsules and lower the price dramatically and stop taking advantage of people… I use their Berberine (not sure if it’s working) and Ease (definitely working for me). But still can’t justify the price for Elixir!! Look for another brand is my suggestion… unless they drop the price and offer in capsules (and not 4 capsules a day or something).

I noticed an Improvement in my endurance just after the first dose! I went on a 7mile hike and was still full of energy at the end when usually I’m drained at that point.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this because I heard it helps with a lot of stuff especially for autoimmune disorders and inflammation and I was upset to see how much was really in the container. I bought the small one too which I didn’t expect to be small but this was definitely underwhelming :(

Tried this product but I didn't notice any benefit from it. So I'm not re ordering it.

If you are strictly interested in a high dose NMN supplement + resveratrol + TMG, this is a great choice.1000mg NMN per scoop, 1000mg resveratrol, and 500mg TMG. It's a great formulation and covers all the primary bases for boosting NAD+ and sirtuin activity.There is a bit of a flavor, and I personally find mixing this with water daily more inconvenient than capsules - but the price is very reasonable and you can't beat the 1000mg NMN dose per serving. Most other NMN supplements are 300-500mg per serving at best.It's 3rd party tested for purity as well, so you can be sure that it's 99%+ pure NMN, resveratrol, and TMG.

The research on NMN is very intriguing (just ask the FDA, lol) and I started taking it before I ever even read Lifespan, so I've tried a few different brands. With the ones that contain resveratrol (like this one), you're going to want to take it with a source of fat. NMN by itself can be taken on an empty stomach.I don't take NMN every day because I'm paranoid about the possible effects of not taking it after taking it consistently for a while. I have been following a regimen of taking it about 3 times per week. Taking a larger dose like this may give you insomnia, or it may not. For me it does, for older people it doesn't seem to (probably because they need it more.) I am in my late 20s.
