Lyra Rembrandt Splender colourless blending pencil, pack of 2

These pencils aren't as good as other brands I've used before. When you sharpen them the wood just crumbles away, leaving a long piece of exposed pencil ‘lead’. Along with this it takes a lot of pressure to be able to blend then which( if you are doing a big drawing) really hurts your hand. Also because it takes so much pressure the pencil begins to crumble leaving marks on the paper.However this pencil does eventually do the job and it works.

NO. NO. NO. I doesn’t even do anything and I tried with multiple different brands of pencils. All it does is cover your drawing /etc and then you can’t build anymore pigment!! It’s super annoying. If you are trying to lean lightly on your colouring pencil then you use this it makes it super dart and patchy! Would not buy again!

These aren't the best by far. .. it's impossible to sharpen these as the wood crubles so i use sand paper..Expensive for poor quality

I was so looking forward to receiving these pencils and at the being they worked really well, lot better that the other blending pencils I have used, but not anymore, I have been try to use the in the past 3 hrs and the lead is breaking everytime even tried sharp craft blade no goodI purchased 2 and I have been alternating between the twobut they both the Same

Wood is rubbish and wont sharpen without splitting

This does not blend Faber Castell Polychromos pencils very well. You need to apply too much pressure which can have a detrimental effect on your drawing.
