Q: Does this bag fit an A4 ringbinder?

I have never tried but it fits my laptop in there!!

It's like a school backpack. I use it for day trips with my 4 year old. You can fit an A4 folder in it and a rain coat with some extra bits. The front pocket holds a phone, purse, keys, chap stick etc

Q: will it fit shoes pe kit and a small lunch box?

My partner has a bottle of water (robinsons orange size) normal size flask and his bait box which is about the size of a half tin of biscuits so as long as the feet (shoes) are not size 11 mans I would think it would be yes. I hope this helps. (he says there is room left over)
