Excellent quality matcha
I’ve tried many matcha brands and this tastes exceptionally good, just like what I had in Japan. It’s high quality and bright green in color, so you can be assured it’s not the low quality bitter cooking matcha. The price is also not bad for the volume.

Great value, and is the highest grad of matcha ...
Great value, and is the highest grad of matcha tea. I'm drinking it because it's supposedly very good for me. I'd be lying if I said I loved the taste, which is why I am only giving it four stars, but I have never liked any green tea.

Lovely green tea!
Always wanted to try Matcha tea as it’s meant to be the “healthy shizz” of our times, but for £18 per 30g that Boots offers I couldn’t be bothered. Here, you get 100g for £7, which is a steal compared to Boots!First, I followed the instructions but using a teaspoon of the powder turned out to be a bit too strong for me and the powder (which i whisk for good minute or two) ended up as a greenish stain at the bottom of the cup.So the 2nd time I used half a teaspoon, 200ml of water and about 30/40ml of hot milk. I used a milk frother to dissolve the powder and froth up the milk and that gave me the nicest result so far - lovely matcha latte!Highly recommended if you don’t want to get robbed in high street stores, and just wanted to try what it tastes like (it’s like a lovely green tea once made properly).

Good price
I'm not an expert in matcha tea, but I thought it tastes nice. I found a video of a simple way of making matcha tea (just add 1/4 teaspoon in a jar or something and shake in cold water, then add boiled water to it so that it's evenly mixed and also not scolded by boiling water). I add some honey to it and it's nice. It's a healthier alternative to coffee, tastes nice and this bag was reasonably priced.

Mighty Matcha
Not sure why some people did not like the taste. I have tried others and actually found I preferred this. It is slightly more subtle and less bitter than others I have tried but mixes well. The origin is apparently China but Im not sure that makes it worse for heavy metals than some of the ones from Japan, as they have had some solution problems too. If you are new to Matcha i would recommend this as the place to start.

Budget matcha, quality reflects price.
Ok for the price, but definitely not the best "ceremonial grade". Good for culinary use, OK for lattes, but no depth of flavour to enjoy alone. Nice fine powder, bit of a murky green colour and difficult to taste any sweetness. Not one to "avoid" necessarily, but if you love your matcha spend a bit more and get a better quality powder.

Not good
I really wanted to like this as it was cheaper than a lot of the other matchas' on here but it made my stomach ache for days. I've been drinking matcha from other brands for a while and I've never had this issue. Immediately after drinking my stomach would be hurting and I would have to run to the bathroom. It also weirdly stained everything it touched and the stains were really hard to get out
