Cleanest bread slicer going
We have tried a lot of bread knives, and this one is the winner by far, able to cut fine slices reliably. Worth the extra.

Yea God's that's a sharp bread knife
A revelation - cuts through even very new bread (< an hour from the oven) so easily and incredibly thinly too.You won't be disappointed with this knife.

Perfect bread knife
I always thought my older knives that I used for cutting bread were ok until this arrived.This is so sharp and so smooth to cut with. A large fresh loaf that normally gets crushed with older knives is a breeze with this.It cuts and cuts good.

Good knife cheap handle
Weight of the knife and the blade is good, makes cutting bread easy. Only down side is the handle is a bit cheap and nasty

EXCELLENT BREAD KNIFE
EXCELLENT VERY SHARP BREAD KNIFE - I MAKE ALL MY OWN WHOLEMEAL BREAD WHICH HAS A VERY THICK CRUST COMPARED TO SHOP BOUGHT BREAD AND THIS KNIFE IS SUPERB. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Finest knives money can buy.
If I were a young chef starting out today but knowing what I know now, I wouldn't hesitate in equipping myself with Victorinox. There is a wide range of knives available for every purpose and the quality and ease of use is beyond question.
