Cupcake World Intense Food Flavouring Butterscotch 100 ml

I used this in cookie dough. I had to add more than I thought i would considering it is supposed to be super concentrated, but it tastes ok. I wouldnt say it was butterscotch as such, but more a generic sweet caramel.

Not impressed!

Great for all cakes. Having an egg allergy some cakes need something extra for taste these products are great. My only reservation is that the manufacturer should put how much to use on the bottle as otherwise too much can leave a nasty taste on your mouth

I used it for butterscotch tarts which worked well

Used to love this butterscotch essence but they must have changed the recipe as this doesn't smell or taste the same. After contacting the phone number on the bottle they assured me nothing had changed so I ordered another one a few months later just in case but still nothing like butterscotch, won't buy again.

I've used this flavouring for years and it always gives great authentic taste.

I don't bake very often so chose this without much research. It did the job and added a lovely flavour to my biscuits. However, I think it's a little expensive and will try to find something a bit more reasonable in the future.
