Mountain Cider Hot Spiced Apple Liquid 1.89 Litre

I had such high hopes that this tasted like the hot spiced apple drink I loved to order in Costa during the winter months. The reviews I’d read before forking out £30 odd quid all promised that it did.Well they were wrong!It neither tastes nor smells like the Costa drink. As soon as I pulled off the protective seal and got a whiff of the treacly goo, I knew I’d made a bad mistake. Making up the hot drink confirmed it. I’d even added a cinnamon stick and star anise to make it as authentic as possible. No such luck. After a couple of gulps I’d had enough!It smells medicinal and tastes like that too. I am SO disappointed and annoyed with having wasted my money because Amazon policy states that I can’t return it. Gonna donate it to a homeless shelter. I’m sure they won’t be as fussy as me. Just wish reviewers had better tastebuds when giviving out their verdicts.

Really nice hot drink alternative. Strong apple natural flavour, not a cheap sweet substitute.Feels a lot to pay but it is a large bottle and you don't need much to make a really nice drink so should last a while.

Was seeking the same warmed spiced apple drink sold in Costa around the festive season, and this is it... its delightful and you only need a very small amount to enjoy this memorable drink.

This is delicious. We had it in a cafe so decided to find it and buy it ourselves. It's very expensive for what it is, but has lasted us a long time so far.

The product itself is really nice as a drink but the bottle it comes in is not suitable for withstanding the delivery journey. Very thin plastic with a flimsy lid just like a plastic milk bottle lid - it needs to be much stronger and sealed better to undertake a journey. I had to contact Amazon for a refund as my bottle arrived with the top smashed and a mass of sticky syrup absolutely everywhere!However, the drink itself is really nice hot or cold, and a good alternative to tea or coffee. The instructions on the bottle suggest it comes with a pump, but it does not come with one.If the bottle was stronger and it didn't arrive smashed, I would have given it five stars.

This is the best ever hot cider drink that I’ve tried. A lot are over sweet but this one is not. Easy to make and tastes wonderful. I’ve ordered it many times.

Order this and the pump that was recommend for it but does not fit the bottle.Could anyone recommend a pump that fits ?

This is a lovely alternative to tea and coffee. Add extra warmth and spice with Jack Daniels Tennessee Fire Whiskey - thats really nice!!
