There are 102 pages in this book, 35 of them are completely blank, 14 have only the chapter headings on and another 6 are the introduction and contents pages at the start. The remaining 47 have text in a typeface so large that it should be reserved for baby books. It's like a school essay padded out to cover as much paper as possible.The small amount of text that is presented is banal and gives very little assistance to anyone trying to learn the game.The reason I bought this was because it was the only book claiming to teach how to play snooker that was available new. Since then I have purchased one secondhand from further down the list and that was much better and in decent condition. I recommend you to do the same.

Such a disappointment as half the book isn't really about HOW to play/improve.

A good guide for the players who have just started the game. Good basic techniques and guide for stance and aiming

Very clear and easy. Could have included more explanation of themain terms.
