Bought this for the Vit C content which is high and I usually take 6g a day. Patrick Holford recommends taking vit c regularly throughout the day..I take 2g every 8 hours. I am aware of Linus Pauling research so the fact that this powder contains the amino acids that he suggests was a bonus. So too is the collagan. I am amazed at how the skin on my legs is so smooth and I think its even helped diminish my varicose veins.It tastes ok . Just about to order another batch. Great value for money.

If you are not vegan and a believer in the Linus Pauling protocol for heart disease then this may be for you. I am not 100% sold on the theory, but I am using it as it seems plausible. I cannot comment of the quality of the powder and like many supplements you have to trust the manufacturer. The powder is easy to take. Dissolves easily with a mitigated ascorbic acid taste. I would have preferred a greater ratio of the essential Lysine against the non-essential glycine and proline and I would have preferred to know exactly what is in the orange flavour or not had the flavour at all. Overall, I don't think I am paying anymore for these products combined than if I had bought them separately and so it is very convenient and I will likely buy again. Contact with the supplier seemed professional and honest.(Edit: I have stopped taking this as I currently am more sold on a low protein premise.)

Brand I have had before is good for fish oil. This is good value, but I did not read contents. It has additives, I cannot use. I stick to natural product

They have a great site with more products, took this to help increase c however kidney issues (not due to the powder) have meant no longer able to use. Follows the Linus Pauling approach for heart health, the glycine lysine should also benefit health antiviral etc. Unsure if cholesterol is lowered personally. It tasted enjoyable in apple juice or orange and others are benefiting using it

We use this every day in the morning in our large glass of water immediately on rising. It tastes lovely and has all your body needs to make glutathione and includes hydrolysed collagen -- and it lasts forever!!!
