It’s a good time of year to be thinking about how to get through winter’s Seasonal Affective Disorder. This is not the first lamp I’ve purchased for this use, but by far the best. This lamp is bigger and brighter and has more settings. It’s super bright on its highest setting (lots of dimmer settings and color-intensity levels). See first photo which is live-time to see how brightly it lights up. Second one will show you dimensions.I will say that it’s a bit bulky for my small sink corner areas but I’ll make do because it’s terrific. I may put it on a shelf above the toilet. I find it’s best used when I am putting my makeup on in the morning as experts recommend it’s use in the first 40 minutes upon awakening.Good luck!

I purchased this for myself. It has excellent light range. Easy to use & takes up little space.I'm so happy w/this product. My spouse started using it as well. I would recommend 5 stars.

Perfect! Love the choice of brightness!! Heavy duty stand. Doesn't tip over!! Easy to use!!! Told my family and they all bought one!!!

This is clearly a very high quality light therapy lamp. The body is made of a smooth and substantial plastic, and the stand has an iMac-esque shape and feel. The lamp tilt has a pretty wide angle range, and there is no wiggle on the adjustment. The light adjusts to 6 different brightness settings, and it is very bright at the brightest setting. Everything is touch-sensitive, so there are no buttons on the device, and the timer can be set to 10-minute increments from 10 to 60 minutes. Aside from all of this, it is an attractive unit, and while the light itself is very large, the unit does not take up an immense amount of space.For me, however, I don't like the cold white light as much as a warmer, more yellow light, so I wish that the light could be adjusted in color, not just in brightness. I will likely not keep using this lamp for that reason. If you prefer a very white light (or if that is what you were prescribed), then I highly recommend this unit for its quality. If, like me, you prefer a warmer light, then there are better options out there.

This lamp is one of the largest I've seen. Being tall and deep, it is definitely is not compact. The base is sturdy metal but the plastic feels brittle and cheaper than I would have expected for the price. It's very bright and only has a harsh white light, which is a little hard on the eyes, even at the lowest setting and not looking directly at it. I would prefer a warmer light option.I've only used it a few days, but it does seem to help my mood with the cloudy days we've been having. However, I would prefer something more compact and with a range of color temperature options.

I work the noc shift and sometimes do double shifts, so I keep this light in my office or take it with me to station. When I feel tired, I turn on this light and it does help. the body does seem to recognize that it's "daylight" and wakes me up. Fair warning that the light is pretty bright.I do wish there were more color options but great product so far.

They are great for the shorter winter days and work best with larger surface area lamps. That said, I was happy to see that the lamp was pretty big. The lamp head tilts a good amount if you need it to. See the video for the range. Note that the brightness on the video is deceiveing as the camera tries to compensate for the change in scenery. Its there to let you know how the buttons functions and less the brightness. The buttons are all touch buttons which is nice. The power button glows once you plug it in so you'll always find it in the dark. Its a great bedside or sofa side lamp. I have a larger one that I leave near my bed so this one is going to be sofa side for an afternoon boost. Its a soft light box so it's easy to look at. You don't want to stare at it directly but it does need to hit your eyes at an angle or indirectly.Appreciate the feedback cheers🍻!

Update to original review: the light went out the day after receiving product. Soooo there's that...I must have not looked at the specs on this thing because I thought it was going to be a small desktop sized lamp that I could place on my work desk - a few inches tall and a couple wide, but this things is much larger than that. I was not anticipating needing to find space large enough to put this 14-15 inch tall by like 5 or 6 inch wide lamp, but im sure I'll figure it out somehow. The only thing I wish was different about it, besides its size, are the light tones...I think it would be great if there were warmer tones at the end and then moved up to the brighter tones to make for a nice gradual change through the day. Aside from that, it serves it's purpose and I can't really complain.

My wife and I both suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder and the Canadian winters are the worse for both of us. She was looking for a light therapy lamp for the kitchen and discovered the Chllen lamp. It's perfectly suited due to its white colour, sturdy metal base, and thin design which doesn't take up a lot of valuable counter space.It comes very well packaged so there's little fear of it arriving damaged. Plug in the power cord, touch the on switch, and select your level of brightness. At its highest level, it is super bright. If you want to have it turn off automatically, select the duration from a number of preset times.I have a different light therapy lamp in my office which allows you to select the colour of the light. I like a warm light while the Chllen lamp is a cool white. This light spectrum is probably the best one for light therapy. If you're looking for a pure light therapy lamp, this one checks all of the boxes.

This has quickly built itself into my morning routine. The light is super bright, and has different brightness settings. I found that anything higher than the lowest 2 feel too bright unless the lamp is further away. It's easy to change settings and adjust the timer. Set up was a breeze, and it wouldn't be difficult to move this from room to room, or take it travelling. it's nice because while the light surface itself is a good size, the overall footprint of the lamp is still quite small. It seems quite durable and the stand is study. It hasn't gotten knocked over yet, and even if it did I doubt it would break. Recommend.

The light itself is very nice and had all of the brightness levels worked I would have been very happy. Returning.
