Sales Essentials will be the one book sellers refer to every day.
As a long-time marketing and sales enablement professional, it’s imperative that I understand challenges sellers face along the sales cycle. Sales Essentials blends strategies, tactics, and checklists with how to prepare your mind and hone your behavioral skill set to develop credibility toward building high-trust relationships. Sales Essentials blends tactics to improve how you are perceived while you learn your customers’ pain points. It addresses how to care for your own well-being and simplifies the entire sales process with actionable tools. This well-written book is easy to read and refer to as a cheat sheet and as a playbook for planning your personal mastery of selling.I’ll recommend this book as a must-read for all sellers regardless of experience.

Must Have Sales Resource!
As a sales professional for almost a decade, I can say I wish I had this resource when I started out. It’s uniquely researched based (not common in sales books), and the information has been proven effective. The size will also fit nicely into a portfolio to use the helpful “cheat sheet” checklists at the back of the book for meetings. I like how the book is modernized to include great information on utilizing resources like LinkedIn. The chapter on impressions is the best I’ve read! I would have paid to have someone give me this kind of advice both starting out and as a seasoned professional. Highly, highly recommend!
