I buy this for my son who is a 14 year old serious long distance runner. I am a nutritional therapist and have read the labels of so many isotonic powders and this is the only one who has the cleanest ingredients. And my son despite being fussy likes it’s flavour

Nice compact package. A little pricey for the amount you get. I use it to hydrate while I train. Seems to do the job quite well. Looking at the ingredients, there’s a lot packed into that little sachet.

I've tried three different energy drinks form this range and this is definitely my least favourite. It has a good content of vitamins but unfortunately this makes the taste quite unpleasant for me. It tastes like a lot of similar vitamin drinks do and is something I have to just gulp down quick. The sachet, which you get 30 of, does dissolve quite quickly in water after half a minute or so and is then ready to drink. I liked the very noticeable energy boost I had from the other two f I've tried but didn't notice as significant a boost with this one either. If you want to supplement with the listed vitamins and don't like taking tablets then it's a good choice but I wouldn't get this again and would recommend trying the other packs in this range instead as they have better taste and give a more noticeable increase in energy.

Taken these a few times so far and I can honestly say I've seen no difference at all in my energy levels. Plus they don't blend in with water unless given a good shake or stir. So not a lot is going to make me want to buy these. 3 stars is OK and 2 stars is I don't like it ... and I don't.

Got these for my dad who has CFS and its definitely helped, but not to the extent we expected it to be.

The media could not be loaded.  My son is in the British youth squad and we get through an awful lot of products like this. These sachets are easy to chuck in your bag you can easily mix them up as and when needed, we normally go for the energy tablets but I’m actually liking these individual sachets as my son can take the sachets out sailing with him and mix them up with his spare water bottles As and when needed, this is more difficult to do when in tablet form As sailing in a boat that capsizes he cannot keep them dry. These sachets work out about 59p each, which isn’t bad. I am interested to look at other products by Gono energy As we buy an awful lot of electrolyte tablets and whey powder, recovery powder for his sailing so would be interested to try out an alternate brand to SIS. The other plus side is you don’t have to mix it with masses of water it says 8 to 10 fluid ounces which isn’t even half a normal size water bottle it does need a shake and stir I think the taste is pleasant I would say it tastes like watered-down pure orange juice, Some other brands I have tried have tasted too sour and it is not enjoyable to drink but I actually enjoyed drinking this. I would recommend and I will be buying again

No merece la pena

Ich laufe ca 3-mal wöchentlich 10km. Nachdem Training ist es sehr erfrischend, da nicht zu süß und ich fühle mich merklich besser als nur mit Wasser oder Säften anschließend ans Training.

No recomiendo. No hace nada. Poca cantidad que solo vale para 250 ml de agua cuando los deportistas bebemos más.
