Sugar paste – Wash & dry mould. Although the mould does not require a release agent, Cornflour may be used, however it is recommended to dust the sugar paste rather than the mould so no detail is lost. Push in a smooth ball of paste, press evenly & firmly into mould without overfilling. Use a rolling pin & even pressure to ensure all areas are full. Cut any excess paste with a plastic spatula being careful not to cut into the mould. Gently bend mould to remove the embellishment. If the mould is deep, highly detailed or has undercuts, place it into the freezer for 10 minutes to allow the sugar paste to set firm & for easy de-moulding.

These little moulds are exactly as they describe and I love these some much I have ordered 4 more with different characters and items for all the birthday cakes and special cakes i make for family and friends. they may be small but they make a huge impact and you know they've arrived because of the little fairy on the address label which i think is a lovely touch :) plan to build my collection as these are high quality and a great price.

Made chocolate unicorns that finished off my granddaughters cake. Unicorn legs are a little fiddly to get out whole

A bit fragile.
Used with flower paste for a child's birthday cake decoration. It was OK, but the legs tended to break easily as they're so thin, hence 4 stars.

Did the job wouldn't buy again
Air bubbles in the silicone has caused some discrepancies in the figures.Not suitable for business use but will manage for a child's cake.Very small too

Nice mold with good detail it was smaller than I realised so make sure you check the dimensions , that said a very nice mold and really nice detail

Not Great for fondant Work.
The full bodied unicorn has not once cone out whole even by freezing so not great for fondant although the unicorn head came out perfect so did the stars.
