Q: I heard that coilagen is good for the knees. I have had one replacement but the other is playing up, also how long before seeing and feeling benefit p

I understand that from other reviews that is does indeed help with knees and joints, that was not the reason that I wanted it though, obviously some people use it for this purpose.

Q: what is the difference between this one and the black labelled ones by the same company with the same name and seemingly, same ingredients?!

HelloThank you for your interest in UltraColl.This is Andrew from Pureclinica. There is no difference. We simply reversed the colour on the labels to make them more readable. The tablets are the same. This is the new design going forward.

Q: Your website states Ultracoll is patent pending, yet you say on Amazon that its patented. Why??

I'm only a customer so I don't know why. There is a note on the bottle label which includes the words 'patent pending'.

Hello. This is Ben from Pureclinica. The product is identical in active ingredient. We simply changed the tableting machine we have been using for many years to a new one. The newer machine produces a smaller size of tablet having used less of the non active ingredients that bind the collagen. As for the label, we reversed the colours to make the smaller text easier to read. Before it was black background with white text. Now it white back ground with larger text. The price has not changed in 4 years.
