Wide grip not ideal for women
17.5 lb dumbbells had a very wide grip. Not ideal for women. Was hard to keep a hold on during palm down exercise, which caused a strain on wrist.

My only issue with these is that they’re a little long. I would rather them be a little shorter in length and wider in the “weighted” part. But they’re comfortable and absolutely no issues.
