Good so far. Make sure you register for extended warranty
It looks and feels good quality, especially the leatherette cover. Not as white as it looks in the photos, which is a good thing as was worried about its bright whiteness looking a bit stark. heat/water pump is a hum, air pump is as loud as a vacuum cleaner. if you register with lay-z-spa they extend the warranty to 18 months for the pump and 12 months for the liner. (otherwise only 12months and 6 months)EDIT AFTER A WEEKS USE: very comfy, plenty of space to stretch out (I'm 6'2"), you do not notice the motor noise over the bubble noise when you are in the hot tub. Smart meter running cost info: 24hrs running at 35c with the lid on in March costs around 50p a day. a day heating up from 20c to 38c with the lid off for a couple of hours costs about £2.50. the filter gets pretty mucky, but can be cleaned with a hosepipe and reused no problem.EDIT AFTER A MONTHS USE:Original water still in there and looking sparkly clean, very easy to maintain the levels with the floater. Fine grits settling on the bottom need stirring up when the bubbles are on so they can find their way to the filter. I find sitting on an upside down washing up bowl (or buy a seat if you are flush with cash) gives a very comfortable laid out position for us tall people. additional notes are that my 8 year old can sit in there fine, but a 6 year old needs a booster seat- hence the upside down washing up bowl.TIP - DON'T open up the plughole in the bottom to drain it, all that will do is empty the water into the leatherette cover, which does not have holes in the bottom. You are supposed to connect a hose to the filter socket and let it drain, but I used a pond pump connected to a hosepipe to speed things up

We love our lay-z-spa!
We've had our spa 6weeks now, we have it in our conservatory and put Perspex on the walls to ensure they are protected from splashes and open the doors and skylight window when we use it. The jets are brilliant, we use it a lot and absolutely love it! Easy to set up and easy to use. The inflatable lid is very good, keeps the heat in, the new clip down version is very effective. Generally we leave it on 30 degrees and turn heater on a couple of hours before use, we chage the filter 7-10 days and clean it (the filter) most days, and use chlorine tablets in the feeder. It really is a bargain for £400, my parents have a full size hot tub and this is just as bubbly.Only downside is that it is a little bit noisy, but from reviews of the old one this new pump maybe quiter than older versions!?

3 years on review and still happy but couple of small notes
Had my spa 3 years so heres how it's lasted so far. Pump and heating still works flawlessly. Inflatable tub had got 3 small holes in the outside but this was due to me packing away on the outside ground I think. Easy to patch repair. I lost the free kit so brought a patch up kit.The inside has stayed very clean and is like new.The leatheroid cover for the main body is in great condition but the lid has mould spots which will not go away no matter how hard I clean it. I dried it best I could before storage and they look horrible as it's a light colour. The only bad point is the clips and straps for securing the lid on. The material which attaches the clips haasnt survived very well. Three have snapped now and the lid doesn't fasten on properly. Once these get wet and dry and again and again the material becomes very weak and the just snap. To replace these meas sowing on new straps to the body cover and lid cover. This will be the last year I use this one and will replace with the Miami version as I need a slightly smaller one due to moving it's location. Also, this will not run off of a extension lead unless rated above 10amps. Mine kept tripping out so I fitted an external socket.Clean the filters in the sink with boiling water and a dishwasher tablet to save money too.

Excellent product and my running costs
Excellent product would recommend to anyone, all the time we have it up we are in there every evening. For those who cannot find running costs like me here are what I've found as of October 2016. We are charged at 11p per kilo watt hour. We had the spa up for a month throughout the end of October and start of November, the average temperature was about 10 degrees. It cost us £55 for the month, that's just the spa which we took away from our normal bill. We can't afford to keep it up all the time so put it up again for over Christmas and will then take it down again which is perfect.A few tips I would recommend: is to set the temperature to 32 degrees or so and if you are going to use it in the evening let it heat up during the day. Putting it on 39 degrees stops it constantly heating the water. Once your done just set the spa temperature back to 32 for overnight. It's more cost effective than keeping it at 39 degrees all the time. We worked out it added about £20 to our bill for the month.

Brilliant buy
I have the Miami for myself and love it. Bought this for my parents who are in their seventies for their wedding anniversary and they are chuffed to bits. Both have mobility issues but are able to get in and out of it ok and find the heat a welcome relief on tired and aching muscles and joints. Mum is still recovering from a broken femur and can do her mobility exercises in the water, similarly dad does exercises to ease arthritis in his knees. It's set up on Gym anti fatigue extra thick floor mats 80sq ft T which is an ideal underfoot surface, on the patio and they've used it regularly throughout the summer and can't stop singing it's praises. I bought the Aquafinesse Environmentally friendly Hot tub Spa Watercare Gentle on your skin chemicals which are simple to use, no faffing about checking the water, just once a week treatment. Be aware the price of these hot tubs fluctuates dramatically so time your purchase right and they are a great buy.
