Don’t buy this copy!
The story is great, but this copy just jumped from page 168 to 185!!! As you can see nothing is ripped out - this is how it came! So mad - now I will have to go get another copy somewhere else!

A Tragic Story With A Happy Ending
“I hope they laugh at you, Fallon. If people are laughing at you, it means you’re putting yourself out there to be laughed at. Not enough people have the courage to even take that step.” This novel was truly a rollercoaster of emotions. I was angry and ready to throw the book out the window, my mouth was hanging open from shock and by the end I was balling me eyes out. Ben was giving me the ick for the first 1/3 of the book. He thought he was being romantic and slick but I just wanted to gag. For me I could relate a lot to the FMC Fallon because both of us do not have good relationships with our dads. I could relate to her not wanting to speak with him or see him because I feel similar emotions so I could really understand the hurt and anger toward someone who is suppose to love you unconditionally and be your biggest supporter. For the first 1/2 of this book I was thinking I would end up rating it 2 or 3 stars but the ending really made up for it. I was ugly crying, balling me eyes out by the end of this novel. For me the ending really made up for the other parts of the book that I didn’t really enjoy. I think overall I like the plot lines of Colleen Hoover books but I definitely think they could be written in a better way that would make more people enjoy them. I think if the more taboo and sensitive subjects were approached with more grace and respect then her novels would be alot more popular and accepted. I think some of the things written are just written poorly which turns a lot of people off from reading Colleen Hoover novels. I have more of her novels on my TBR and will definitely be trying them since I don’t want others negative feelings to deter me from reading them. I would recommend this novel to anyone who likes romance novels or fake dating trope.
