Hotel Chocolat The Everything Sleekster

Arrived in perfect condition, well packaged. Had this given as a present. Have tried other selections e.g. Carry me home as a family gift. The fruity selections are my favourite particularly the lemon cheesecake (which I didn't like to much to start with as I thought a bit sharp, but I'm hooked in this one in particular), and the smoothies. Definitely quality, high coco content, low sugar and high fruit content. I love their milk chocolate as well. They melt in the mouth. They are a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for and you only need one of two (or maybe three) as they are quite big (you can cut in half and still get a good mouthful, can't with other chocolates!), full of goodness and more filling than normal chocolates. MY ONLY GRIPE is that it contains 'carrageenan' which can be natural but is usually synthetic - would like Hotel Chocolate to use a different more natural stabilizer instead. Great great for yourself, family and friends. Would definitely buy again.

These chocolates were part of a birthday present for mum. Something extra special what our mum's deserve. I'd heard of Hotel but never tried them so googled as you do, & looked on reviews. My mum has always appreciated good chocolate (havn't we all ), & usually likes Lindt. I wanted something different that would make her sit up & take notice! Well they worked. I got a txt with one word..Awesome. The flavour of the chocolate first of all is velvety smooth with a thick layer of heaven. All the boozy centres are in their own right, fabulous. Each sumptuous chocolate was savoured & loved. I cannot rate this Hotel chocolat box high enough. I tried one at my mums 2 days later & it was glorious! Going to get another box for her at xmas. My mum deserves the best!

My parents loved the chocolates, lovely gift and expensive looking. Well they are expensive, for me.The promise of a delivery date encouraged me to spend on these good looking chocolates.Their picture looked clean and smart. Not sickly.Mum n dad loved the special feel of receiving chocolates through the post. It felt especially for them, rather than just handing them over as a gift.Beautiful box mum said, so I'd purchase again for a Christmas treat.Flavours so different from each other and felt solid to the bite, so dad told me. Happiness, thank you.

My favourite chocolate flavours are tangy fruity flavours like raspberry and passion-fruit, so this box is perfect for me. I bought my first box when it was on offer, and they were so nice, I had to buy another box. And now, I want another box!I really like these zesty fruity flavours with my chocolate, but if you're more into creamy, caramelly flavours, then this box may not suit you. Also, some of the chocolates contain pieces of fruit with fruit seeds, so if you have trouble with raspberry seeds and that sort of thing, then that may be worth bearing in mind.

Great taste

These are genuinely tasty, well-packaged chocolates that are perfect for a gift. If you're of the mindset that likes to a adopt 'feel the width - never mind the quality' attitude, they probably aren't for you. You don't get a massive amount of chocolates in here, but what you DO get are all particularly nice. What I really like about this box and why it makes such a great gift is that the chocolates are different. They are a little bit unusual. Hotel Chocolat definitely puts their stamp on these chocolates and they are all the better for it.

I absolutely LOVE this chocolate selection. Had I been choosing a selection myself I’d have picked these. Particularly enjoyed the mango smoothie. Wasn’t a fan though of just one: the coconut slab, but that’s just personal taste. I would love someone to buy me this box again!Update mid December 2021:Have bought three in the last 2 months (twice at a reduced price). They are delicious! Best before date allowed 3 months to eat. Didn’t last 3 days once opened - all eaten!

This Review could be summed up in one word......... Woof!I'm not a nut fan and does it make sense if I say I find most individual chocolates just too rich and chocolately?Well, these Fruity Chocolates fit the bill for me exactly. They are exquisitely delicious and there isn't one I don't like!I appreciate that this is all very personal to my tastes but as I said..... Woof!
