Another unbelievable read about the ability to achieve. Dave Goggins seems super human,but indeed, he is just a human who demonstrates the ability to achieve super human goals.

David Goggins delivers a great book. This books goes more into races after his fame and focuses more on that then his Navy career. Definitely need to read his first book before hand.

I should have read his first book first, haha. But overall, great story, great person, great book.

I loved this second book by Goggins, he never fails to inspire and he is brilliant in showing what it means to put hard work into all matters of situations to achieve greatness! Even when you have reached your goals and things suddenly change for the worse, he shows you how to pick up and start all over. Seriously read this book after you have read his first book, «Can’t hurt me»- which was profound.

I'm currently reading it for the second time due to the uncountable amount of good teaching and knowledge available. I know that if you practice, instead of passively reading this book, you're likely to get better, heighten your self-esteem and develop a plan to grind every day to attain your goals and remove them from the paper. In short, it's all on you, your accountable for either succeeding or remaining the same.
