This book is primer of how to interview.This book is basic on the dialogue framework of Perfect Selling, add selling step on it. Its easy umderstand for a newbie. For an "aged sales" benefit more.I am salesman 20 years ago. Then reenter sales field a few years ago. I am an insurance agent, attended lots of training. After reading Perfect Selling, I found I had never learn how to do in an sales interview. After long years of selling, bad habbits may build up. Relearn is necessary.I learn a lot from this books presentatin style. There is action after each chapter. Presentatin is clean and clear. From Stop Telling to Perfect Selling, I can see the change in customer needs. Today's customer need fast and prompt service.This book is perfect to use as training bandbook for new sales. If you are serious, Stop Telling is must. Read Sales Success Handbook daily if you need to build a habbit of stop telling.

Solid fundamentals for not only salespeople but entrepreneurs and business in general. I’ve had it for years and grab it before calls to ensure I hit all the right points. Invaluable.

Great for newcomers
I'm not an expert in sales, therefore I was looking for a book that introduced me to the field in a straightforward way. I was looking for a book that gave me the foundations of a selling pitch and how to manage my prospects. That is exactly what I found here; this book goes straight to the point, is highly practical and you can definitely apply this framework in the real world. For me was without a doubt, a highly valuable (and fast) reading.

Nothing new here but it is good information and an easy read
Nothing new here but it is good information and an easy read. The problem with books is they often tell you what to do without telling you how to do it. This offers a bit on how to do it.

This book had a lot of great ideas and kept me focused throughout. It was easy to implement into my job.

Should I buy it?
Whether your view is that sales people are born or made, I encourage you to invest in this book as for the following reasons -- It's given me the edge to all sales meetings or calls- Its written in such way that I know what to do to improve whether its language or structure- I've gone from being unconsciously competent to consciously competent - knowing why a sales meeting goes well or not has given me the edge- Its small format (A5) and gets to the point really quickly

Point to point knowledge.
This is really nice book i will re-read it but if you have habit to understand every important thing through story then there it lacks. It tells you reasons behind every point but no story to convince you. Short book must read.
