Saint Mossi Modern Contemporary Elegant Real K9 Crystal Glass Chandelier Pendant Ceiling Lighting Fixture - 5 Lights

This looks absolutely lovely and represents good value for money. Very pleased with how it looks.. Really good dimensions and we finished it off with a plaster ceiling rose.However, my partner is very able with all things DIY and electrical and it was a very tricky item to install properly with enough support in the ceiling space to support the weight. So would say it requires know how and appropriate tools.

I do not often write a review about products, but this chandelier and Saint Mossi deserve a mention. This is the second chandelier we have purchased and although they are a bit fiddly to put together, they are well worth it when completed and hanging from the ceiling. We had a slight problem with one of the parts for the second chandelier and I had to contact Saint Mossi to advise and request a replacement. They were extremely professional and prompt with their reply and went above and beyond to get this organised for us. I would definitely recommend the company and their product!

What I like:- The glass pendants are very clear and sparkle brilliantly- The glass arms and chandelier body look great quality- The instructions were clear and easy to follow (no "Engrish" translations)- The metal tubes for the five light fittings have a dripping wax effect which goes well with candle-type globes- The box includes a pair of white cotton gloves for handling the glass, and several spare parts in case any break- Great value for moneyWhat I don't like:- The glass beads and pendants are joined with split pin rings (cotter pins) which look cheap. The dull metal really spoils the effect.- The hoops that go around the chandelier arms are plastic, and the seams in the plastic are rough.- The metal cone that covers the electrical connection arrived with a small dent- One of the metal tubes wasn't powercoated correctly. The supplier said they will send a replacement, but it's going to take a month to arrive.- According to the instructions, the live and neutral wires are supposed to be different colours, but they are both clear, marked only with adhesive tags. The tags came off the wires during mounting, so I didn't know which was was which and just hope I've got it right. (The lights will still work if you swap live and neutral, but some parts may give a shock.)- The instructions say to attach with four screws, but there were only three in my box. Even then, the scews are far too short to support 30 kg. (The instructions say the bracket should bear five times the light fitting's weight - 5.5 kg).- The hoop on the chain that goes over the bracket hook is too small, and difficult to fit- It's very time-consuming to assemble (at least 90 minutes) with additional time to mountImportant:- Check your ceiling has sufficient support. This is heavier than most fittings (5.5 kg) so ceiling board's not going to hold it up. You need to attach the bracket to a joist or noggin.

Well packaged, but as with other reviews this needs assembly so be prepared. Takes about 30 mins. Instructions are poor but it’s pretty self explanatory if you look at the photos on Amazon. The final product is worth the effort, as it is made from proper crystal glass and looks much more expensive than it costs. Well constructed and very good value.

I am a 100% happy customer.I first bought one wonderful chandelier with a crystal glass, rust so effect and it just gave an amazing, sparkling, smart and posh atmosphere to my living room. So I decided to buy a second one, the delivery was quick and the product is very affordable. However, during the set up, I broke a piece and some others were missing. As soon as the company received my email, they diligently and kindly offered to order and replace the missing parts.Thank you very much.

A really beautiful light fitting. The quality is first class and the price is amazing for a product of this size and quality. Allow a good hour to put it together as it does literally come in individual parts but instructions are nice and clear and it will be well worth the effort once it’s up.

These chandeliers are gorgeous for the price. They do require assembly which, while not difficult, does take time. I ordered four of them and it really was an all-day job to put them together and install. As someone else said, you are really buying a kit as you need to assemble and wire the whole thing. That said, they really do look good when finally done!

I am sure it will be beautiful once it is finally put together. The extensive amount of work to put this together is mind blowing. You are not buying a light fitting, you are buying the materials to make your own fitting, you even require to do the wiring yourself! The instructions are very minimal and not clear so unless you have electrical knowledge and very competent at DIY this is not a project for you. It's frustrating as quite a few of the pieces could have been easily pre assembled beforehand. I also think the sale description should be amended to take account of the home assembly required

Abbiamo ordinato questo lampadario per la camera da letto(16mq) ci è arrivato in soli 5 giorni.Dal vivo è ancora più bello completamente in vetro robusto ben fatto molto curato nei dettagli.Inoltre la casa produttrice ci ha inviato le istruzioni per riordinare qualora ci fossero state parti mancanti oppure lesionate essendo il vetro un materiale delicato.Il montaggio è stato facile e veloce, vengono inviate anche le istruzioni,compresa l'installazione ci sarà voluta un'ora circa.Siamo pienamente soddisfatti sia per la celerità del servizio che per la qualità dell'acquisto ed ovviamente la convenienza economica.Molto soddisfatti quindi lo consigliamo vivamente.

Espectacular!!!, tanto el producto como la atención al cliente!. La lámpara es cristal de verdad, preciosa, fácil de montar, llegó a tiempo, muy bien embalada y su relación calidad - precio no tiene competencia. Le voy a poner unas pantallas para completarla, pero tal cual queda genial, dejo fotos. Por si fuera poco, me escribió el proveedor cuando la recibí para saber si había llegado bien y luego le pedí una pieza que se me rompió al caérseme de las manos y me la mandan sin cargo. Atención posventa excelente. No se puede pedir más. Ha sobrepasado mis expectativas.
