WORKS GREAT BUT NO INSTRUCTIONS
Nice heavy-duty stapler, but it took an hour to figure out how to put the staples in.

Not as promised
The media could not be loaded. Upon opening the package, I found two boxes containing the promised 2000 pins. One box was full but the second was almost empty.. I feel cheated.
