These arrived a little late but I think this was to do with the courier. Other than that these are great weights and look nice tooWould recommend

I have tendonitis of the elbow and physio gave me some exercises to do. I thought I would purchase a lightish weight to build us the muscle in my forearm to support the tendon. These feel comfortable to hold, the weight isn't too heavy. Perfect for delicate exercises.

I bought these to add another dimension to my usual exercises ... and they're excellent. I opted for the 2kg weight because I do quite a lot of gardening, including carrying 25kg paving slabs around, so I guess (correctly) that in spite of being a weak and feeble woman (cough) anything lighter wouldn't have done the job. If, however, you don't already have a fair degree of strength in your arms and shoulders, they might be a bit too hefty.They have a good feel, are easy to hold securely thanks to the neoprene covering and don't roll when you put them on a flat surface, courtesy of the 'flat spots' on the end. All round, very pleased.

These are great value for money and use for spin and Pilates workouts.

Gute robuste Hanteln. Durch die Oberfläche, die etwas angeraut ist liegen sie stets fest in der Hand. So ist auch bei schnellen Bewegungen und feuchten Händen gewährleistet, dass nichts schiefgeht. Gewogen habe ich die einzelnen Hanteln jetzt nicht, konnte aber auch durch bloßes Halten in den Händen keinen störenden Unterschied feststellen.

I manubri sono arrivati secondo le tempistiche indicate e hanno rispecchiato le aspettative. Originali anche i colori pastello.

Die Hanteln sind unterschiedlich groß und keine von den beiden Hanteln erreicht ein Gewicht von 1 kg. Form und Außenmaterial ist super.
