They are lightly scented, which I imagine dissipates after being out of the bag. I don't know this for sure as I gave them as a gift (which the recipient was very happy to receive).

Q: How many small ones are there?

I was really happy with these squishies and this seller. My package had 2 jumbo ones - a panda and an ice-cream cone - 10 medium sized ones (about 3 inches) and 8 small ones (about 2 inches) They didn't smell and were great quality. We've since ordered 3 more times from this seller and have had about the same mix of large, medium and small squishies.
