Impressed, especially for the price. Needed an extra mouse for a new computer and was really pleased with this one so far.

We bought this bluetooth wireless mouse because it was thin. We thought it would be ideal to take with us on our travels since it would save us space. When we were not traveling, we hoped that we could use it at home. Initially, we were fine with this mouse's performance. This mouse requires little pressure to push down its buttons. However, we found that the cursor would not move at times on our screen. Or that the mouse would not function at all -- even though we checked the settings. We were greatly disappointed with this product and after a few times, have not used it again.

No place to store dongle

I had submitted that the USB was not included. I WAS INCORRECT! The USB WAS included.

I've been using the touchpad on my laptop as my sole mouse and got this external mouse to see if it would be easier to use (less stressful for my fingers/wrists). The jury's still out on that, but the mouse itself seems to work fine. It paired easily with my MacBook Pro. It seems to be a straightforward, low-end mouse.

Highly recommend getting this mouse, took 2 seconds to connect to my MacBook. Barely have to click the mouse and it’s super quiet

The media could not be loaded. This RAPOO portable wireless mouse comes packaged with clear instructions and includes a battery. Very small print on those instructions, though, for anyone over 40. :) I added a picture to show how big the mouse is next to my hand, and I am a 5'10" male with average size hands. It feels small but comfortable in my hand.The on/off switch and Bluetooth button are easy to find on the back, but it took me a second to figure out how to open the mouse to access the 2.4Ghz receiver. That is because of the extremely cool magnetic cover feature, which I have shown in a short video. It just pops off and then back on, with just enough magnetic force to stay on securely but not so much that it is difficult to open. Slick!The mouse slides nicely on my Formica desk top and tracks as well as any mouse I've had, and much better than those old ones with a rubber ball in them, if anyone remembers those. I followed the directions and connected with the 2.4Ghz receiver, and it worked perfectly. Then, I removed the 2.4Ghz receiver and tried connecting with Bluetooth directly to my Windows 10 system, and it also worked perfectly. Finally, I connected it to a Samsung tablet I own and it also connected perfectly.The only issue I am having is trying to figure out how to "purge" those Bluetooth connections (how to factory reset the mouse?) because I am having some trouble using the 2.4Ghz receiver after using only Bluetooth for a while. However, I think that is more my technical inability and lack of following the directions for the second two connections than a problem with the mouse. Definitely recommend!1/7/23 Update - I finally took the time to ask the seller about the factory reset issue I mentioned above and received a prompt reply that appears to have solved my problem. It seems that if I simply disconnect the mouse from my device in the devices settings, then the Bluetooth option the device was using is then reset on the mouse automatically. After learning this I was able to connect to my tablet and choose between the two non-2.4Ghz options easily and it worked fine. Definitely 5 stars and great customer service.
