Did not like: Soap adjustment dial was hard to turn. Soap dispenser rubber washer fell out when opened. After several uses, a piece of the rim threaded end of the plastic soap container broke off, making the device unusable, and I saw this exact same problem in another review by (Lisa).Liked: the click on and off squeeze grip.

When I received this product, I was a little skeptical about it, thinking it was just a garden hose sprayer but boy was I wrong. I was bathing a German Shepherd, and a Dutch shepherd, which is normally a very difficult task. This product made it so easy and took me half the time. I love where you can put the shampoo right in with it and when you spray it goes right onto the dog and it needed very little scrubbing. You can then turn a switch so that it rinses only. It comes with wash mitt, and a comb for afterwards. It was a very good value for the money and good quality.

The washer doesn’t stay in the clear tube so we don’t use it. It works okay but I think it could be better quality. I do like how it evenly disperses soapy water when washing the dog. I noticed that he is cleaner using this. I think it gets past the fur and to the skin.

Great other that the dial is hard to turn.
