This knife would have gotten 5 stars for the price, the D2 steel and the wrench which fits many knives. The missing star because of the engraving, "Best Dad Ever". The engraving is good but to be ignored if it does not apply to the user. The knife is a keeper despite the engraving!

This knife is the perfect size for everyday carry, and the blade is thin and sharp! The text is a bit self-serving, but I can always pretend one of my brats bought it for me.The liner lock release takes some digging to find initially, but it's easy to operate.The case is nice, but useless for anything aside from storage or display. This is a knife designed to be carried in your pocket. Short and thin enough to leave little to no print.The clip is also useless to me, but this one doesn't get in the way! I have the tool to remove it, but I don't think I will this time.The handle on this knife is great! I've used it to open several packages and cut zipties - ZERO issues and great support! It handles the jobs it should with ease!I would recommend this knife to any Dad - even if they suck at the job.

This is one of the best pocket knives I have ever had. It is SHARP! I have a small 10 acre farm with rescued horses and I never never go out to take care of my horses or do other work without a knife. I sliced the netting off a roll of hay like butter, cut open a bag of feed like I was using a razor, etc! Do not hesitate to buy this knife! I have one complaint, they printed “Best Dad Ever” on the handle, well I’m a horse “Lady” and I love this knife. Let’s have one that says “Awesome Horse Lady.” The knife comes in a nice case with cleaning cloth and little wrench to remove the blade and clean I guess. Get yourself one, it’s quality!

Amazing quality and razor sharp, cuts through cardboard like butter. It has a very nice hard shell zipper case to keep it safe or stored when not in use as well a a microfiber cloth for wiping it down after use. It's nice in both size and weight for those who prefer to carry their knives on them and has a belt clip to attach it to their belt, but as stated in other reviews it is a bit short compared to most. Good price for what you get in my opinion, 5 stars. If anything notable happens regarding this product during my time using it I'll update my review for you here. This nice knife can be the perfect gift for dad. It has a great design, is made of top-quality materials, and is stamped with the sentimental "Best Dad Ever" slogan. The blade geometry will make it an excellent knife for dealing with food, slicing rope, opening packages, and such. Because the edge is only slightly curved, it will be easy to sharpen the blade on a flat stone. The knife comes with a key if you need to tighten the screws, and the capsule holding the knife and the key also includes a cleaning cloth.The blade's locking mechanism - the 'Liner Lock' works smoothly too.

This pocket knife is very sleek looking and unfolds smoothly. It seems to be nice quality and has a good weight to it. It's slightly larger than most pockets knives I've used. The blade comes pretty well sharpened too. It would be a great gift for a father since it's packaged nicely and comes with a case.

The kids ordered this as a gift for my husband (their dad). Not only did they love that it said Best Dad Ever, but they thought it looked cool. My husband actually really likes it. It is quite sharp and even after opening a lot of boxes and cutting twine, it has held its sharpness without any nicks in the blade.It is comfortable to hold, and the clip holds securely to the edge of your pocket.

I took this to work yesterday and used it to cut boxes like a razor going through soft butter. The fact it has a lifetime warranty is great. This is a quality made knife and would make a great gift. Nothing cheap about it.The one notable thing I wish the clip was longer, it's made for a 1 1/2"belt and my belt is 2" so the clip lock does not reach the bottom to Lock it and tends to crawl up while I am moving (it popped off a couple times). But it stayed easily on my pocket. Problem solved.
