These are okay, but not great rollers. I coach high school track and the athletes did not like these as much as black and gray ones that Walmart used to sell. These were little and too hard.

This is a great roll stick that has some shape. relative to the flat stick, this fat one in the middle makes sense if you have lumpier parts you're trying to get into. This lets you dig in a bit further. I"m pretty bony so this was slightly too much for me. But I think someone with more meat on their thighs that is finding the regular stick not harsh enough would be really thrilled about this.

How did I not know I needed this in my life! Great especially after an intense legs day.

Upon first use the handle came off and the individual massage heels flew everywhere! Very disappointed at the quality, as I had high hopes for this roller.

I have used it multiple times on my kids and it helps a lot.
