Nice enough 0.5mm HB leads, maybe slightly harder than what I am used with and so far they haven't broken in any of the pencils I have used them in (which is nice.)

No specialised drills needed to break the lead here, but it works well enough and is strong enough to survive a little more punishment than other leads on the market. Would have preferred a deeper/richer colour on the paper though.

I've bought these for writing school notes and they are the smoothest ones I've ever used. It's great for fast writing and drawing diagrams. I wouldn't recommend this thickness for drawing though. These leads are considerably harder to snap than the cheaper ones I've bought.

These leads were shipped from Japan for less than £6 including postage and arrived in about a week, which is pretty impressive. As far as pencil leads go, they seem very strong and rarely break, so this supply will probably last me for years, making them even better value.

Perfect fit for my Kuru toga and pentel graph gear mechanical pencils. I'd recommend these as they seem to give a good uniform stroke and don’t seem as brittle as some leads.
