I love this vest, I can wear alone or under heavy jacket. With or without heat going, it fits well and is conferrable.I only dislike is the battery pack disconnects from plug in wire. So I have to re-plug almost every time I wear the jacket. Small hassle not enough to want to send back jacket I wear it all the time.If you are cold, you will be super happy wearing this vest.

i contacted the company directly to advise i was having a issue with my battery running down very fast. First issue was the person and i had a language barrier & sounded like she worked from home (noise in background). Then came the 20 questions along with asking if i tried to trouble shoot the problem. Once we got through this, she had to "make a work ticket" & said she would call me back within 24 hrs. Well 48 hours afterwards i got a call back only to be told that NOW i needed to take a video of me using the battery so they could see the time it took the battery to run down... because we all have time to stop during our day to do this.... FINALLY my partner just said to heck with this crap, we will just order another battery because we were going to be going on a motorcycle ride and needed one. It cost $69.99 for the battery when the vest itself cost $149.99!!!!! Are you kidding me???The battery of questions, the pics they want you to take, the VIDEO they want you to make all because you called and advised them that you just wanted to EXCHANGE the freaking battery!!! I even have my vest registered and warranty through them!IF you are looking for a company that stands behind their product and doesn't give you the 3rd degree because of a faulty batter,,,,, I would NOT buy from this company!!! I'm out $290 all because i thought after reading some reviews, this would be a good company to buy from. IF i could have ordered a battery from another company i would have instead of giving them the $69.99 it cost me to buy another......We ride with ALOT of motorcycle friends and i will be letting them know NOT to order from this company as well.....

I bought it for my wife for the cold softball tournaments. It works but even better with a sweatshirt over the vest to keep the heat in and vest close to her body.

Apres avoir évalué plusieurs modèles sur ce site, je suis très décue. Trop grand , particulièrement autour des manches, ce qui fait que la chaleur ne tient pas à l intérieur. une possibilité d 'ajustement aux aisselles (de type velcro) et au bas de la vestes seraient plus fonctionnels. Et ma plus grande déception est à l'effet que la chaleur n'est pas uniforme, je dirais trop en avant- on a l impression de cuire quand c est au maximum alors que le dos - du fait qu'il est mal ajusté probablement - on ne ressent aucune chaleur-. et la plaque retenant les fils chauffants dans le dos est très petite ( autrement que l'image de la publicité, et, surtout, rien dans le bas du dos. Auprès d'un feu de camp, exemple, ce sera complètement inutile. La batterie diminue rapidement- 1 heure elle a passe à 66%- même si j ai suivi la recommandation de la charge complete- et je ne vois rien pour la passer à «off». . A la limite je dirais une bonne veste coupe vent mais je ne recommande pas si vous vous attendez avoir une chaleur réconfortante comme je m y attendais... dommage
