Brake Bleed Kit for Shimano Hydraulic Disc Brakes with 100ml Brake Fluid

Everything you need for bleeding your Shimano disc brakes is in this kit EXCEPT the 7mm open spanner. If I can make one reccomendation it would be to include one in this kit, but in the meantime you can get them for less than a £ so get one straight away (don't use adjustable, it'll just spoil your day!).The instructions are easy to follow for a bleed and refill, but please read them through a few times as the wrong press at the wrong time and you'll empty them (easy enought to refill though!). Anyhow, if you have Shimano and are fairly comfortable with bikes, then this is the kit you need.

Ordered this becuase it looked good in the advert, used youtube to learn how to bleed my brakes, but having used this kit according to the manual & youtube it was a pain in the backside to use, in the end I ended up taking to halfords and they bledone of the brakes for £5, I would not bother purchasing again.

No hassle, everything is included but the brake block, had to DIY. Enough fluid for full bleed of two brakes and even some left. Great quality and easy to use.

Chose not to use the instructions provided so cant comment on them, watched more than enough videos to get to grips with what needed doing before ordering. This kit provides (almost) all that is necessary for fully bleeding both front and back brakes (minus the spanner and hex keys). The funnel screws in flush, the oil stopper stops oil, syringe does its thing and the rubber gloves can be used for the bleeding of the calipers at the end. Very pleased and have oil left over.

Man braucht neben diesem Kit zum entlüften der Bremsen noch einen Satz Inbusschlüssel um die diversen Schrauben und Ventile zu entfernen/lösen.Die mitgelieferte Anleitung ist ziemlich nutzlos, aber es gibt sehr gute Youtube Videos die erklären was wann wie gemacht werden muss.Das einzige das diesem Kit noch fehlt ist ein "Plastikklotz der die Bremszylinder auseinender hält" - gibt bestimmt einen Fachbegriff dafür, weis ich aber nicht.Meine Bremsen sind jetzt auf jeden Fall wieder erstklassig stramm.

Lieferung war prompt und problemlos.Mit den beigelegten Utensilien ist ein problemloser Tausch der Bremsflüssigkeit ein Kinderspiel.Es dauert nur ein paar Minuten und man hat die Arbeit ereledigt.Man soll es nicht glauben, ich habe zwei nahezu identische Bikes. Bei einem habe ich das Bremsöl kürzlich gewecheselt. Beim andern Bike ist das noch nicht passiert. Eindeutig bremst mein serviciertes Bike besser undknackiger.Für mich ein sicheres Gefühl und eine Empfehlung wert.Gruß Heinz P.

Der erste Eindruck dieses Kits war sehr gut. Gut verpackt und für die Entlüftung alle relevanten Tools inkl. Öl dabei.Leider passt der Öltrichter nicht auf das Gewinde, in dem die Entlüftungsschraube sitzt. Das Gewinde des Öltrichters ist für meine Bremse Shimano SLX (BL-M675-B) ein bis zwei Nummer zu groß.Sehr, sehr ärgerlich, wenn in der Beschreibung geschrieben wird, das dieses Kot auf alle gängigen Shimano Scheibenbremsen passt.Grundsätzlich vermutlich ein gutes Kit mit einer ganz schwachen Produktbeschreibung.

Erfüllt die Erwartungen und funktioniert einwandfrei

Hat man keinen Adapter, paßt das von mäßiger Qualität bestehende Werkzeug nicht. Wenigstes verschiedene Aufsätze hätte man dazu legen können. Das kann doch nicht so schwer sein.
