Q: What time of the year and how often would you use this product. I have some acers in containers I feel may benefit.

I have a 6ft tall Acer on a pot and have been feeding it initially once a week during it coming into leaf and since once or twice a month depending on weather. The tree was in quite a sorry state at the end of last year. Since feeding with this product there is a noticeable improvement. I intend to order more due to this.

Q: can this be used in Sept/Oct?

I generally use it once every 2 weeks between beginning of March and end of September Acers don't grow over winter, so id probably not really bother with it now until March. No harm.in using a bit I suppose but no point regularly using it now.

Q: Can you use this on bonsai acers as well as standard ground or potted acers?

I can see no reason why not but I would probably dilute a bit more 5ml to 3l of water

Q: Would this be suitable for lucky bamboo?

Would not recommend at all! Lucky bamboo are not bamboo at all! they are actually dracaenas, dracaena sanderiana or braunii are their actual names. Lucky bamboo just need clean water.
