Q: Is this case grippy or slippery?

Hi, It has glossy semi soft plastic sides which are grippier than the phone itself but not as grippy as for example a Spigen Liquid Air or Rugged Armor which both have more of a matt finish. It does make your phone feel more secure in the hand though, and it is my favourite 'go to' case as it's quite unique and looks so much better than just having boring cheap plastic covering your expensive handset (even though it's quite reasonably priced). I highly recommend it (and I'm a fussy bugger).

Q: Does the case have a raised edge on the back? my magsafe charger is larger than the phone so the edges need to be flush? thanks

Quick answer yes but only on all 3 corners. What is likely to be more of an issue is the protection around the camera lenses. I use an Apple MagSafe charger mounted in an Otterbox stand and on an iPhone Pro the lens hump fouls on the stand so the phone won’t fit flush. It still charges but I’m pretty sure the phone gets considerably warmer. With Spigens Pro Max cases the added phone size clears the stand. My stand adds 7mm to the Apple charger diameter and this clears the lens hump by about 0.5mm. Spigens case adds about 3mm around the lens hump so it depends how large your charger is. Just for info an Apple charger has a diameter of 56mm.

No there is no lanyard or strap cuttings

Q: Does it fit on 13 pro max as well?

This is only compatible for 14 pro max but the camera is smaller on the 13 pro, so might look odd, they do one for the 13 pro max on there website if you are unsure.
