its always difficult to buy a carpet on line. but one thing that was that made me by it from Moin carpets is that, they permitted a return, without any reason. Fair ,very fair practice in such product.the carpet is meeting all our expectations. mind you, what coloures one sees on the web, can never be exactly when the product is seen by oneself, this one comes very close.so I would say this, if one wants to buy a carpet online, this is the one to go for.another thing, there was a in ordinate delay on getting the product delivered all on account of the couriers mis management. but here is what made the difference, the seller ( manufacturers ) would call me and keep me updated, which is great customer service.
