round over edge is perfect for inside radius clean up of not so perfect welds! cuts cleanly and quickly. havent put many hours on it yet but so far still going strong. recomend!!

These wheels are pretty awesome for specialty grinding. I use them to blend and finish tight corners on handrail. I dont often finish fillet welds on plate with them, but when I have they worked great. They work great on my normal grinder, and get into really tight spots when attached to my Metabo fillet weld grinder.

Nice for cleaning metal to prep for welding

I am a sculptor working in Welded Steel and case Bronze. I bought these wheels for smoothing out my welds on the inside of 90 degree angles. They work great! I keep them in my Studio at all times, and I highly recommend them.

cuts pretty well but abrasive is wearing off faster than some other flap wheels

This my round the inside corner of a joint 3 feet long before it is too squared off to continue to use. At that pint you can use it as a regular flap disc. I can achive the same result with regular flap discs and a much cheaper price. I found another place online that sells their own branded version for half the price of this one. I'd give those a try before buying these again.

Great way to grind fillets, would be better if the curved part of the wheel lasted longer, and it is too expensive.
