Amazon Basics 11" Frying Pan, 28cm, Black

I am delighted with my Amazon Basics 28" Frying Pan. I needed a new pan but was on a low budget. This fry pan is up there with the high end brands. It is heavy and sturdy with a non stick surface, and also can be used in the conventional oven. Highly recommended and I look forward to buying more from the range.

Good size for a decent weekend fry-up. Heats up quickly and evenly on an induction hob (provided you use the correct diameter induction position) and is very easy to clean (I handwash all my non-stick kitchenware rather than use the dishwasher). A smart addition to the pan collection at a decent price - it's my pan of choice at the moment.

I really like this pan... Strong, sterdy and perfect non-stick for cooking. Handle is also an easy rubber grip. Slightly heavy but worth it

I would recommend this pan as a small investment for anyone who wants better seared meat, faster sauté vegetables, and an easier clean. This is a sturdy stainless-steel pan with elegant design. The heavy-duty bottom retains and distributes heat well, permitting a hot, even sear with no scorching. In my opinion this is the most important indicator of a good pan. The nonstick coating is also flawless (at the time of purchase), so washing the pan is easy. For anyone struggling to ascertain the effective diameter from the measurements given, the cooking surface of the pan is large enough to accommodate at least three medium-sized steaks or large pork chops (i.e. it's bigger than it looks). The walls of the pan are curved, so vegetables can be effortlessly sautéed. Great buy!

Easy to clear. Never use soap. Wipe it with kitchen roll & it's clean. Food cooks quicker too. Love it!

Good to use and worth to buy if price 30% less than branded products.

For a budget Frying Pan, I am pleasantly surprised. Similar to the Wok, it too is a decent weight, and the rubberised handle is great. Nothing has managed to stick to it yet. It's survived a few runs through the dishwasher too with no issues. Incredibly happy!

Update: decreased it to three star cause no miracle happened and it end up as all other frying pan in this price range: lost its anristicking property and kind of burned out. Though have to admit it lasted for longer than pan with similar price. So to summarise: it worth buying if you are ready to change it within one year of constant usage.Very good frying pan, works very well so far. We managed to scratch it in couple of places, but nothing serious yet. Nonstick coating works as it should. Giving 4 stars only because it's bottom eventually got domed, it's not a big problem for gas stove, but will be major issue for electric one.

Die Pfanne ist echt top. Ich dachte was kann schon eine günstige Pfanne von Amazon.... Aber sie hat mich positiv überrascht. Super verarbeitet. Liegt gut in der Hand. Macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Wärmeverteilung top. Bratergebnis top. Durch den dicken Boden verzieht sie sich auch nicht und hält die Wärme. Und das Beste ist die Beschichtung. Es brät nix an und sie lässt sich leicht, nur mit warmen Wasser reinigen. Besser als die vom französischen Herstellers te..l und dazu noch günstiger.

Très résistante car j'ai par oubli laisser pendant 5 heures cuire une bolognaise car a carbonisé par contre la poêle n'ai absolument rien eu. Tout est parti en bloc dans la poubelle et j'ai eu la surprise de voir la poêle comme si rien n'était arrivé. Les aliments ne collent pas à condition de ne pas rayer celle-ci. Trés contente de mon achat.

No es excelente, pero para el precio que vale está bastante bien.

A vry sturdy pan...infact even takes over all kinds of skillets we have been using in d past...easy to clean nd a gud big size, a bit heavy though...can go for it but keep in mind it's a large sized pan meant for minimum 4 person family...
