Works Perfectly
I bought this as a replacement cable after my original one broke. It works perfectly well (this laptop has always been finicky with USBs) and still charges for me as I need it to given that I bought it around 11 months ago.This is a knockoff brand though so it is a gamble about how well it will work for your Vita. It is cheap enough that you can probably afford to try it though.

Amazingly works with my PS Vita portable Battery
As we all know by now you have to use the Official Sony USB Cable to charge up the Portable Vita Battery pack as it will ONLY work with a Proprietary cable. Being that this cable is NOT an Official Proprietary cable I was shocked to see it charge my battery pack. Happy Days

Great and cheap product just what I needed, the charger was a bit stiff going in but it doesn't do any harm to my PS Vita, charges perfect, great replacement.

Works as intended
It's a PS Vita (1000 / OLED) model charging cable. It charges a PS Vita. What more could you want?
