It's performance is perfect. Weight is manageable, very easy to use as it has only two buttons. Service is good. It's a value for money product. Only problem I am facing is it's getting quite hot after 2-3 mins continue usage. But I presume, we don't use this kind of small device for any long grinding. So, it is manageable.
