Love it!! Great massage mat!
I love this massage mat!! I can't use a shiatsu massager because it hurts my back/neck but this just vibrates and feels great! When you are my age (75), it feels wonderful to lay on a mat that vibrates your whole body. There are some days that I just ache all over and this does the trick. I feel great when I am done laying on it. The heat for the back really feels good too. It is very lightweight so it is easy to put away when I am done. I don't use any of the modes. I press all the buttons so it vibrates steadily in all areas. I own other Comfier products and have been very pleased with all of them. Their customer service is great. Highly recommend.

Doesn't fit the chair well
The straps are not placed well for a recliner. Our chair is narrow so it fits tight. But love all the settings

Very nice product!
The product works very well! Nice selection of modes as well as great heating option. I have chronic back pain and this massage pad helps tremendously! Another thing I like about it is that it isn't as noisy as others I have tried. Great overall product. You won't be disappointed!

Feels great
Actual vibes don't line up. If you want upper back you might have to press the neck button. It seems like it doesn't quite get the right spots..Warm feels good and the place it does get does a good job.Maybe I'm too short? Or too tall?

Great purchase!
Love the massaging pad. It engages different parts of the body, or the whole body, depending on control buttons. It does not have a shiatsu effect; but I find it very efficient in toning and relaxing the body. I would definitely recommend this massaging pad.

Not What I Expected
Massager and heat is very faint not as intense as I would like! But just as I’m getting used to the little vibration and heat it turns off, thought it would be constant or at least 30 minutes.

Very disappointing
Will be sending back. Very weak massage quality. Only stayed on for 10 minutes at a time. Design was not bad just not strong in the vibration toBe Therapeutic. Wasted money

Strong, light, great
I purchased it as a gift and my wife loved it! Motor power is stronger than what I thought and the quality is great. There's a small pouch to put the power cord and/or remote. I love the various modes (waves, pulses). It might not resolve back issues and low heat, but its definitely relaxing, light, and easy to move around. Highly recommended.
